Welcome to Glim, an AI-powered appearance analysis and improvement app. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, APIs, or related services collectively, the “Platform”, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Glim. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Glim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the Content you upload. By submitting Content, including Face Scan photos, you grant Glim a limited license to process, store, analyze, display, and generate outputs from that Content only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and support the Platform.
Glim provides AI-generated appearance insights for informational and self-improvement purposes only. Results may be inaccurate, subjective, incomplete, or affected by lighting, camera angle, photo quality, facial expression, grooming, and other factors. Glim does not guarantee any specific score, result, improvement, or outcome.
Glim is not medical, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, mental health, fitness, or professional advice. You should not rely on Glim to make medical, cosmetic, surgical, psychological, or health-related decisions.
Certain Glim features may require payment, including premium scans, subscriptions, optimized images, upgrades, or other digital services. Purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other third-party payment providers.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the relevant app store’s policies. Subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, and billing issues may be handled through the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and share your information, including Face Scan photos, Analysis Results, account data, usage data, and payment-related information. You can review it at /privacy.
Glim, including its software, branding, designs, text, graphics, logos, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Glim or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Glim may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, payments, subscriptions, and AI processing. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Glim if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, misused the Platform, violated safety rules, or exposed us to legal liability.
GLIM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glim, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your Content, your use of Glim, your purchases, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or by updating this page. Continued use of Glim means you accept the revised Terms.
